The school garden at the Frauenwaldschule has been a focus for educational activity since its establishment in 1985. The garden enables us to bring pupils into closer contact with the natural world, whilst at the same time making a positive contribution to the environment by maintaining a conservation features we have developed are the school pond, a dry stone wall, a bird sanctuary hedge, an orchard, a herb garden, a meadow, a composting system, honeybees and nesting aids.
Several further projekts are planned for the near future.
